Makita, a global leader in power tools and innovative solutions, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage and maintain our premises at our Tongwell, Milton Keynes/ Wigan location. As the Facilities Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the service facility, overseeing building maintenance, health & safety compliance, and contractor management. You will be responsible for coordinating office and facility moves, handling reactive maintenance requests, managing utilities contracts, and supporting fire risk assessments, all while ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency are maintained. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, proactive individual with a background in facilities management and a strong focus on Health & Safety.
